Business Development Associate

Become an LBSi Team member as a full-time Business Development Associate who will help with securing and generating relationships with prospects using our internal tools, such as Hubspot, telephone, email, and digital marketing.  The primary goal for this position is to grow our Sales Pipeline with qualified prospects.  Our market includes small-to-medium manufacturing, distribution, and service organizations that are seeking to replace their current ERP systems using the world-class SAP Business One solution.

Starting pay will commensurate with experience.  LBSi offers competitive benefits, such as 401k with matching, profit sharing, health insurance, paid vacations, holidays, and sick days.

Required Skills & Knowledge

  • Highly organized individual
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Communicate with prospects effectively
  • Develop and lead efforts to grow the sales pipeline from lead inception to qualified sales opportunity
  • Manage all communications using our customer relationship management tools
  • Work closely with the President, Sales, and Marketing teams
  • Previous knowledge of SAP Business One (or similar ERP systems)
  • Staying up to date with trends and news on our competition in the ERP space
  • Able to work independently and/or as part of our teams
