Rob Hickman graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science. He has worked with many companies ranging from small businesses to multi-billion dollar corporations helping each one to leverage today’s technology to increase their company’s efficiency and productivity.
As the Vice President at LBSi, Rob is in charge of the Technical Development team and he uses his experience with small and large manufacturers and distributors to ensure customer success. 30 years of software development, data analytics, database architecture, product management and change management contribute to offer customers solid solutions.
His passion for SAP Business One grew due to its constant innovations and ability to incorporate new technologies for the Small and Mid-Sized Business to out-pace their competition.
Sheryl Nocera

Sheryl Nocera
Sheryl Nocera is a Senior Project Manager with LBSi. After graduating from Kent State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sheryl spent several years in the Banking and Employee Benefits Industries before delving into the Accounting field, first as an accountant and consultant, and later as a controller of an Automotive Aftermarket Distribution Company and an Automotive Lubricants Manufacturing company.
The Automotive Aftermarket Company had just completed their SAP Business One implementation prior to her arrival and she was instrumental in the acquisition and SAP Business One implementation of their subsidiary, the Automotive Lubricant Manufacturing Company. Sheryl’s continued passion for SAP Business One has led to her current role as a SAP Business One Certified Associate with LBSi, where she manages implementations, user education, assistance with efficient business processes, customizations and reporting.

Allyn Cheney
Allyn Cheney graduated from the University of Toledo with a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Engineering Technology. His passion for computers and software began at a young age and this passion influenced his work with many people and companies to design and carry out their IT solutions.
As a Senior Software Solution Architect at LBSi, Allyn’s duties include helping to determine and build solutions for complex problems that a client may meet. Allyn uses thorough use of his years of experience to make sure that his solutions are robust and adaptable to various customers’ software needs. He implements these solutions with all the latest updates for SAP Business One, adapting to meet the ever-changing needs of the business world.
